- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪VERY poor! My elderly mother has been his patient for almost a year and has yet to meet him. Today I went with her. Surprise the actual Dr was there. While we were waiting (2 hours) she ran out of oxygen. Ten minutes before the battery ran out I notified staff she would be needing oxygen within minutes. They told me to let them know when she ran out. I did. That's when they started to look for their oxygen tanks but not before they took precious minutes to argue with me about the way I asked. (I said she needed oxygen quickly) The doctor never came to check on her. I finally took her out to the car and plugged in her oxygen. No one ever came to see how she was, never called the house to check on her. The only thing I or she ever got was an argument and a nasty attitude.
